Women’s History Moving Forward –
Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion

When we began our work over 40 years ago, the opposition we faced was largely based on ignorance of multicultural women’s place in American society. Today, the opposition we face from disinformation is much more severe and deliberate.

The need to organize is all the more essential in challenging the increasing wave of book banning that promotes fear and division. The good news is that women’s history organizations exist in nearly every state. Now is the time to share strategies, programs, events and curriculum.

Women’s History is an essential tool in promoting self esteem and respect for women. We hope you will join our virtual conference on January 20, 2024.
