Santa Rosa, CA,  January 30, 2024 – The National Women’s History Alliance (NWHA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Jill Kracov Zinckgraf as the Interim Executive Director, effective January 22, 2024.   This significant leadership transition comes as our long-standing Executive Director, Molly Murphy MacGregor, embarks on a new chapter after an incredible 43 years of dedicated service.

 

Jill Kracov Zinckgraf brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the NWHA’s mission of celebrating and promoting the contributions of women throughout history. With a proven track record of leadership, Zinckgraf is well-positioned to guide NWHA through this transitional period, ensuring that our core values and initiatives continue to thrive.

 

The transition to an Interim Executive Director is a testament to NWHA’s commitment to the organization’s long-term success. The Board of Directors firmly believes that this change in leadership will serve to invigorate our mission and pave the way for new opportunities and growth.

 

In her new role, Zinckgraf will oversee the day-to-day operations of NWHA, working closely with the Board of Directors and our dedicated team of volunteers. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, program development, fundraising, and community engagement. Zinckgraf is enthusiastic about the potential to build on NWHA’s rich history and create a vibrant future.
